"Game on old friend"

What a great little set. I'm a big TRON and TRON: Legacy fan so I was very excited when I learned that this set was going to be available. It's a simple and easy to build set but it packs so much personality for such an iconic part of the TRON series.
I'll admit that I was little confused at first as to why the set said Rinzler when Sam actually fight Clu on the light cycles for the majority of that part of the movie. I actually had to go back and see if Rinzler even ended up on a light cycle at all. He did but only for a few seconds. I think perhaps this should have come with 4 minifigs so that Sam and Clu could battle on the light cycles and Quora and Rinzler could battle on their own. But that's me being picky.
Great little set for any TRON fan and I definitely recommend picking it up.

Flynn & Quorra Vs Rinzler (Evil Tron)

I haven't purchased any Lego in a long, long time but as soon as I saw this had been chosen through Lego Ideas I've been awaiting its release eagerly. I'm trying to work out if I can get it to light up with LED's!
Here we see Sam & Quorra vs Rinzler having a disc battle whilst riding their light cycles.
FLYNN LIVES!

Great looking set, the trans blue and orange printed wheels look superb and the minifigures are the best I’ve seen, overpriced by £10 in my opinion.

Awesome little build with great details

I am so happy that this set has finally came through!
The stars of the build are obviously the minifigures. Quorra seems like a throw in figure as she doesn't have any place to stand in the set but I'm glad shes there on the chance we never see any other Tron sets. Rinzler (Tron) helmet is spot on and brilliantly used from a previous set. The lightcycles themselves aren't entirely to scale but look pretty good, I like the use of transparent color bricks, they make the whole thing pop on the black. Only thing disappointing to me is that my base-plate is bent a bit and makes the whole thing wobbly but I hope I can get new ones that are more flat soon. Also, the price I think is fair, definitely the result of Disney pricing. Not a very good piece to price ratio but the figures are as good as they get. This is a must-have set for Tron fans and it encapsulates Legacy very nicely

Tron has been translated well into Lego form

As a fan of Tron I find this model makes a nice colourful display piece. Its great to see other licenses being used in Lego as I find there is a bit too much Star Wars and superheroes at the moment.
A lot of thought has gone into the design of this model as even the base looks good. The bikes look good with the neon colours making them stick out.
I do find in some light conditions that the blue light cycle trail does not show up very well and looks too transparent. I also thought it was a bit pointless to include a third mini figure which did not fit into the scene at all. I do feel the set was slightly overpriced but its great non the less.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a very clean set for a fun play piece. Or as I'm using it as a display piece. There's a lot of small pieces for this kit, but some nimble fingers are all it takes.

TRON - The Legacy Reborn

OMG! When I found out about this set months before it came out, my wife was seriously about to strap me to a chair with duct tape and force me to watch the movie continuously on repeat until the set was in my hands!
Unboxing the wet, excitement was in full gear, and the need to get the mini figures built and in action was first in my agenda, whether first in the build book or not. Mini figures are LIFE! All the “glowing” pieces made me even more excited as the build was about to commence.
Building was amazing!!! It all came together nicely and the overall build energy kept the entire project engaging and consistent.
From pieces to a final project, my IG followers were in suspense to see the final display.
THIS WAS AWESOME! Let’s have more special sets like this!
