Good set but a few flaws

This set is good I think from what they had to work with they did a good job
* Note the grid display base is not 8 inches long as stated in the description it is 6 inches *
The light bikes are pretty good I wish there was a light up feature I’m not sure how they could’ve put a light brick into the bikes
I think this is a decent set but is severely overpriced I think the reason for the price is because it is the Disney license
I would recommend this to a friend!

Being a massive Tron fan since the early 1980's I was really excited when I heard about this set being released and I can clearly say I was not disappointed at all. I enjoyed the build and the finished product is awesome.
Would be great if Lego could produce more Tron based sets or even one of their great Lego Video Games set in the Tron Universe.

When I saw this set coming out, i had to buy it. I was surprised that such a little box has such a great set. The light cycles, figures and the clever Grid flooring just pull a fantastic color scheme into the whole thing.
You get Quorra, Sam, Rinzler, identity discs and, of course, the fantastic iconic bikes! I found the price to be great for a collector's item. My only regret is that i cannot buy another one for my address, to offer my brother, since it's a 1 unit per household. I am hoping that this is the first Tron set and now I await for Rinzler's Light Jet, Quorra's Light Runner or Grid Recognizer, if Lego goes up with Tron sets. Also, want a Grid Citadel and Flynn's Safehouse! Ok...last one: Flynn's Arcade. Lego: explore Tron. It has loads of potencial and thank you for the great Cycle set!

I have be waiting for this LEGO set to hit shelf's after seeing it on the Lego Ideas site. The build did not disappoint me at all. It was a well thought out designs and great use of colors and bricks. With a well balanced out display they light cycles really pop! The set is a great display point and has great play ability. You can even use the parts to build your own 4 wheel drive for Quorra!
I see that there are some that think the price is a little to high, however once you build it and see what all went into this great build you will see that it is worth it. New figures, colors and parts. All new MOC's are sure to come from this great Lego Ideas build. Hats off to the brothers who's vision made it all the way (sorry I couldn't meet you in person at the signing) and the designers that really cared about this project to make sure it was so perfect.

I recently just got back into Legos and saw that a Tron set had been released and almost fell out of my chair. I immediately purchased it and put it together when it arrived. Being a huge Tron fan I knew I had to have this set. This is a small but neat set that includes 3 highly detailed figures and two light cycles along with a GRID formed base. My only complaints with the build was the price seemed a little too high and the play ability is not the best. The set looks amazing though and I would recommend this to anyone who is into the Tron series. Hoping Lego will one day come out with another (larger) set someday.

Great little build!

Tron is sort of a guilty pleasure for me. I love the atmosphere in the movies (especially in the latest one). So when I saw this set I knew I had to have it.
First off it is a lot smaller then I expected, although upon seeing the box you do get the idea (It is a tiny box). The build is well thought out. You get all the shaping and detail needed out of a small amount of pieces.
I wish they would have made the base a little bit different or bigger so the scene would incorporate Quorra.
The one drawback is the price. It is an expensive set given the piececount. You do get 3 exclustive minifigs though (with printed pants)! And zero stickers, the discs and wheels are prints, awesome!
For fans of the movies, this is a nice little display set I wholeheartedly recommend.

If you are a technology person, if you like tron legacy, and more importantly, if you are a lego fan, just buy it.
This set won't disappoint you. However, it is more of a display set like 76023(batman tumbler). It is playable though.
The minifigures are fantastic, if you are a fan of lego minifigure, you don't want to miss it.

Great kit! Absolutely love Tron, and this kit is a great representation of the light cycles. The minifigs are great too!
Now if only Lego would make a Tron: Legacy Recognizer... :)
