Beautiful Fishing Store

This was one of the most fun sets I have ever built. Each decoration felt like a lot of thought was put into place and each felt like it really belonged there. The architecture was also very well built because the entire structure is covered on all sides. I like how you can pull the top off and see inside or open it up from the backside.
Con: The only con I had was that if you place one of the seagulls on the pipe sticking outside the roof of the main building, it stretches the seagull out since it's not made of hard plastic and then it becomes permanently loose if you try to place him on any other place. The seagulls are beautiful pieces though. Maybe it would have been best if they had been made into hard plastic so that the form wouldn't change over time.

Fun to build for me, fun to play for the kids

It was a fun built with lots of details. My kids (9. 7) love to play with the various accessories and it is fun to watch/ listen to the various fishing/ snorkeling/ explosives expeditions . The gulls are a hit too

This was only the second set I purchased for myself. I love the Star Wars sets, but this set appealed to me immediately. It was so fun to build and the attention to detail is incredible. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a challenging, yet zen-like building experience.

The Old Fishing Store was by far the absolute best Lego build I have ever completed! All the different interesting parts made the pages turn faster and faster just to see what was next. This build will sit front and center in my collection for everyone to see.
