It is a very well made toaster with features that I like. It has the ability to raise the toast a little higher when toasting is finished which is really important when we are using short/small pieces of bread, it has a single slice slot, and a pull out crumb tray for easy cleaning. The only negative - and it is a minor one - is that one of the 4 slots toasts a bit more on one side than the other, but it is not a big difference. We've only had the toaster for a little over a month, so I can't comment on longevity.

I didn’t realize that the front was white. I was replacing my older cuisinart toaster that was all chrome-and much better looking. The levers that you push the bread down with are wobbly. The quality is definitely not the same

I am sorry to say that it is actually not as sturdy as we had anticipated. The levers are a bit hard to push down and feel a little cheap in manufacturing. Having said that. The toast is even and toasts quickly. You don't want it past level 3 or 4 though.
