I love it it toast’s 1 thru 4 slices and however you like it light to dark. It also can be skinny or thicker toast, bagel, English muffins and what ever you like.

I loved my previous toaster from another brand, but it was starting to show wear and tear. We had it for at least 10 years. This Cuisinart toaster has all the same wonderful settings as the old but it has a nicer look. Once I was comfortable with the toast level settings, this new toaster seems to be just as awesome maybe even more efficient. I even use it to "warm" left over french toast for breakfast. It does a wonderful job whether "warming," toasting bread or bagels.

Disappointed in quality. Replaced exact model that lasted almost 15 years before slider knob fell off. This new one does not seem as sturdy. It works ok but I don't think it will last as long as previous.

Returned it. Second time I used it to make 4 slices and the left side wouldn’t go down. Too expensive to not work on the second try.
