I returned the first one because of terrible performance. It was relaced until warranty, but the replacement was no better. This one toasts on the bottoms more than the top of the bread. You might want to shop around.

Stoped working the second time I used it. I had one for 10 years was awesome, I dropped it so replaced with the same one but not the same quayniw

So far I love this toaster. Works great and seems to get a nice even toast. I like that it just has regular knobs and real buttons. My hope is that this will last us a long time.
