Looks great, worked great for first few weeks, then one side stopped working properly, burning the toast no matter how the controls are set. You must watch it closely and pop it up when you hope it is done. Never buy this brand again.

The bread doesn’t pop up very high. Unless you use tongs to remove it you may get burned. Otherwise it’s very good.

Finally, we found a toaster that actually does what it says. It actually toasts ALL the bread, not just part of it. And it doesn't take forever for it to toast. We have been using it for several months now, and my husband and I are very pleased.
