We didn't know what we were missing! To have an evenly toasted slice of bread, both sides crust to crust, looking beautiful...wow, mind blown! Replaces toaster that worked many years, but would only toast half of the slice.

Not overly pleased with this purchase. Not toasting consistently ....I just replaced a 15 year old Hamilton Beach 4 slice that I lived but was toasting inconsistently which is to be expected after 15 years. This has nice features like bagel, defrost and reheat but when it doesn't toast evenly to start, it doesn't do the other options well either
