Not very happy with the toaster

While the toaster looks pretty…..for the 1st 3 days we couldn’t get the handle to stay down to toast our bread. It also doesn’t cook English muffins in the time allotted. Our last toaster was a Cusinart and it was way heavier that this one. I don’t expect this it to last a year.

Piece of junk!

Had the exact same model Cuisinair for 15 yrs. Replaced it with a new one. It never worked! The levers to start the toasting wouldn’t stay down. Returned it immediately and got a different brand.

They don’t make’m like they used to

I had this same model for 15 years and it worked very well. Just bought a brand new replacement (same model). Wasn’t able to toast a single slice of bread. Neither side wood stay down. Returned the toaster to Cuisinart. Buyer beware.

Very disappointed in the workmanship of this toaster. The bagel button did not work on one side and on the other side it did not heat up to toast the bagel
The push town handles are very very flimsy, so disappointed in this

Not up to Cuisinart standards

I have numerous other Cuisinart appliances (mixer, coffee maker, food processor) so I went to Cuisinart when I needed to replace my toaster and the prior brand was no longer available. I am disappointed as this is not the high quality I have come to expect from the brand. It primarily toasts the bottom of the break, it doesn't pop up when finished, it looks and sounds cheap (tinny). Very disappointed.
