works but the left rotating darkness set not worki

Worked fine the first month then the left darkness selector became very lose and doesn't seem to change the setting. Disappointing

I really like the look and it does toast evenly. It stays cool to the touch on the outside and has a cord wrap around on the bottom.

Browns unevenly on each side. You can see the wires are different color of red, and inconsistently lit, in each compartment. Unfortunately, it was a gift in June and I don't have a receipt.
