Great product; easy to use controls; consistent operation; durability flaw. This is our third time with this toaster. The first one failed when the "push down" handle disconnected from the interior mechanism. The second one had a redesigned handle attachment. It failed, too. I probably push it down too hard, but it feels like I have to in order to get it to stay down. Still needs work.
