This is a stylish looking toaster and we are mostly pleased with how it toasts. The issue we have is that we purchased this toaster necause it was advertised as a wide slot toaster which will accomodate bagels. The slots on this toaster are NOT wide enough to fit bagels. Most of the time we have to flatten the bagel slices to fit them into the slots, to then have the slices get stuck in the slots once they have toasted. In a few instances, we couldn’t fit the bagel slices into the slots at all. Overall, this toaster is just okay.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
