Beautiful looking toaster. But the dials for degrees of brown are very loose. They can change by slight movement of toaster. The up and down slides to put bread down is very loose also. I have several cuisinart appliances that i love. Several years ago i bought my daughter a cuisinart toaster that she loves. I was looking for a similar one, but i thought this was it. It isn't. Her dials light up and are stronger. Because of the slipping dial on mine. I have burned several Eng muffins.
