This toaster does the job well. Each piece of toast is consistently toasted and there doesn't seem to be any hot/cold spots yet in the toaster. We received this in September of 2018 and have used it around 15 times. We still get the "new toaster" smell when we use it, and that would be the only downfall. Hopefully with more usage, it will go away. Great toaster, not too bulky, and very consistent heating.

We bought it more for looks. It's red! Find it hard to adjust from too light to too dark. Isn't as fast as I had hoped for a new toaster, which is why we were replacing the toaster we already had.

It looks beautiful in my kitchen and takes up relatively little space for a 4 slice toaster which is a must in my kitchen where I have about 2 sf of counter.
However it toasts very unevenly. There always seems to be a spot that chars. And if I turn the dial down enough so it doesn’t, the rest of it doesn’t toast enough.
But I’m not sure I’ve ever had a toaster that toasted evenly.
