Clean lines and appearance. Good features. Easy to clean crumb trays. The only thing I don't like is the prongs on the bottom of the toaster for cord storage are too close to the bottom of the toaster making it difficult to wrap the cord around the prongs.

I already own the two-slice toaster and it works really well so I decided to buy the four-slice toaster instead of always trying to do 4 slices in the toaster oven. It really works well, has great settings and I have no complaints. I even used the defrost setting to defrost an English muffin and it worked great. It also makes a nice appearance on the counter as we have all stainless steel appliances. Would recommend.
