I bought this toaster about a month ago to replace a 20 year old appliance and we love it. Does a great job toasting anything and the reheat function is nice for those times you get distracted.

Bought this to replace an older toaster. Toast comes out evenly toasted on both sides. Its a little more expensive but I'm a believer in you get what you pay for.

This is a great looking toaster and it makes great toast, however it does not do bagels well. The bagel setting should only utilize the 2 inner heating coils to toast only the inside of the bagel, but ours acts the same on the bagel setting as it does on the regular toast setting. Not really a big deal for us, but someone else might be upset by it.
