I bought this toaster to replace one that had stopped working properly. Although I've only had it for a few weeks, I am very pleased with how evenly it toasts a variety of breads, English muffins, waffles and bagels. I especially like that there are two separate controls to allow for different levels of toasting at the same time. Another great feature is the reheat button because my toast sometimes gets done a tad earlier than the rest of my meal.

Looks Great. Right side doesn't work. I replaced an older Cuisinart. This new one has already failed...the right side will not pop up. I will be returning it. Quality is not there like the older models.
