I bought this recently to replace an old toaster. I have other Cuisinart appliances and they stand up by the name. I checked the reviews on this toaster and they were good. Cuisinart is a good brand name and it's a good toaster so far. No problems.

I have had it over a month. It's functional, but I fear the dials for the toasting levels will not last. They appear to be not the best quality as you would expect in this brand

I bought this toaster to replace one that had stopped working properly. Although I've only had it for a few weeks, I am very pleased with how evenly it toasts a variety of breads, English muffins, waffles and bagels. I especially like that there are two separate controls to allow for different levels of toasting at the same time. Another great feature is the reheat button because my toast sometimes gets done a tad earlier than the rest of my meal.
