This toaster has so many great features: (1) When it sits on the counter, the controls are in front - no need to move it to use it! (2) Adjusts for toasting many types of breads (sliced bread, bagels, English muffins). (3) Ability to toast different levels at the same time due to the duo controls. (4) It just looks really good sitting on the counter!

I like the style of this toaster. I wasn't sure about getting this setup, but it is a lot easier to store. I had a Cuisinart long slot toaster before and it was handy for French bread, but took up a lot of room. The black stainless is nice to look at.

I have to admit, I put a lot of thought into purchasing this toaster. We had to replace our almost 13 year old T-Fal 4 slice toaster as the heating elements were slowly dieing. I searched and read numerous reviews and decided on this toaster. I am extremely happy I did, this toaster toasts evenly and love the push up feature. I've toasted bagels and it's a little bit different than our old one as it does toast both sides, but inside part is hotter.

So far, we've been very happy with this toaster as we're actually getting bread that's toasted on both sides. However, the dials that allow you to set how dark (or light) you want your toast could be better. They're what I call slack, or loose. It's very hard to 'set' them at the same level every time & if someone else uses it, or you toast another item that requires a different setting, it's VERY hard to get it back to the same level you like for bread. We like the idea of the dial (hence the purchase) but we wish the knobs were firmer or notched.
