I bought this brand because it has a good reputation. It advertised that it browned evenly on BOTH sides which is one reason I bought this one. I threw out my old one because it did not brown on both sides. Unfortunately, this one is doing the same thing, so it does not live up to what is advertised!

I was excited when this toaster arrived because I was upgrading from a really cheap generic model. What I love is the the depth of the toasting area. You get a full toast on your bread. I like the clean, stainless steel exterior. It cleans up very well and looks very classy. I think I'll have this toaster for a long time.
