This is one of the better toasters I've had. The toasting settings are consistent and give an even toast to everything. The bagle option is also good and I haven't found a use for reheat or defrost option.

Opted for this toaster after extensive research, because it was replacing a unit with 20+ years of service. After a week of daily use, it became apparent I made an excellent purchase. Toasts both sides evenly, with consistent shading, even when toasting multiple slices. Quality, price and function all receive top marks.

Was everything I was hoping for. Love the fact that I can toast frozen bread and waffles. The toaster defrosts them and then they are toasted perfectly. I do wish that the cord was retractable.

I am really happy with this toaster. Unlike previous toasters, this one actually thaws frozen bread and then I can toast it without burning anything. As a bonus it is a great accent piece in my kitchen
