This is one of the better toasters I've had. The toasting settings are consistent and give an even toast to everything. The bagle option is also good and I haven't found a use for reheat or defrost option.

Was everything I was hoping for. Love the fact that I can toast frozen bread and waffles. The toaster defrosts them and then they are toasted perfectly. I do wish that the cord was retractable.
