We have been using this toaster daily for over 3 months. We enjoy the features which work as advertised. We noticed after about 1 month use the bottom 3/4 inch of white bread not getting as toasted as it did when new and we haven't changed brand of bread. We prefer the crumb tray access in the front but this didn't stop our purchase. This toaster seems well built and if it lasts over 7 years as the last one did we will be happy.

I love my Cuisinart toaster. It’s makes perfect toast and bagels. The reheat button is an added bonus. We used it last week and had 5 guests. I was able to serve toast quickly and everyone loved their toast

I bought this toaster a couple of months ago. I loved it for the red color. My husband is the primary user --- he hates it! I doesn't toast the same on both sides of the bread. If you get one side nicely toasted, the other side is burned or not toasted at all. He has threatened to bring back the avocado green one that we got in the 70's!
