The toaster has a lot of great features including rotary dials with six browning shades, bagel, defrost and reheat buttons with LED lights, extra-wide slots that accommodate thick bread and bagels and a slide-out crumb tray that makes for easy cleaning.

We finally have a toaster that does both sides of regular bread, as well as doing a great job on English muffins and bagels! Our toaster oven just was not doing the job! Bad news, now I eat too much bread!

We have been using this toaster daily for over 3 months. We enjoy the features which work as advertised. We noticed after about 1 month use the bottom 3/4 inch of white bread not getting as toasted as it did when new and we haven't changed brand of bread. We prefer the crumb tray access in the front but this didn't stop our purchase. This toaster seems well built and if it lasts over 7 years as the last one did we will be happy.
