I like the reheat feature but the the high toast settings barely toasts an English muffin.

Mostly, it works well. Sometimes toast will pop up having toasted only on one side. Do not know what causes that. I had one exactly like this and used for about 10 years and it did the Same exact thing so not sure how to change that factor. Basically works well. Looks nice and cleans up well.

This toaster replaced an old Cuisinart toaster we had used for at least 15 years. The toaster works very well although the darkness settings are a little tricky to get the exact level wanted. Cuisinart means quality to me and so far this toaster lives up to the brand.
