Bought this to replace our 5 year old toaster from a different brand. We're loving it. It toasts evenly and does its job right... Only complaint we could have is the fact that the bagel setting only adds more toasting time and doesn't switch it so that it only toasts the inside of the bagel.

I bought this a couple months ago and have found it to be exactly what I was looking for. I have bought other name brands in the past and have been disappointed in their difficulty of use.
