I bought this a couple months ago and have found it to be exactly what I was looking for. I have bought other name brands in the past and have been disappointed in their difficulty of use. This one has the sleek look and feel of toasters that my mother used but the modern technology of today...AND most importantly, it is easy to use.

Mostly, it works well. Sometimes toast will pop up having toasted only on one side. Do not know what causes that. I had one exactly like this and used for about 10 years and it did the Same exact thing so not sure how to change that factor. Basically works well. Looks nice and cleans up well.
