This toaster works okay but it has issues! The light to dark setting doesn't seem to change when you turn the knob. It's easy to burn toast or bagels even on the lightest setting. Also, the bagel feature doesn't seem to work either because it still continues to toast on the opposite side even when the setting is used. And it was this way straight out of the box. I've not had good luck with any toaster for years so I'm basically done with trying to find one that works as advertised!
