I purchased the toaster over a month ago and I really love it. I have always bought cheap toasters that didn't really last . I believe that this toaster will last a lot longer based on the quality of the product. I am very happy with my purchase.

Love this product as we like that we can see how long before cycle is completed which helps when preparing other foods to accompany what is in the toaster. I have noticed that toasting is not consistent. Some times number 4 is fine next time I have to set to higher number to get the same result.

This is the best toaster I have owned as the toasting is consistent. I also like the "defrosting" feature as I keep frozen waffles in the freezer and can pop them in and be done!
