the handles won't lock down when you put in something to toast -- seems like cheap quality

We love this Toaster!!! The toast wars at home are officially over. Dual dials, sleek design and it looks beautiful in the kitchen. . Thank you for a great product and for keeping in mind family's and their difference in toast preference!!!

toaster works better than my last toaster but the handel to put the toast down does not always work - it takes two or three ties to make it work- not sure how long this is going to work - looks good but may not last long

I have had this toaster for about two weeks now. I have used it about three times since. I am noticing some issues with the pop up feature after the cycle finishes. I replaced my previous toaster, which was the same toaster with this one. I noticed it seems to of poorer quality than the one I had from several years ago. Let’s see how it goes before I decide to get rid of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this to replace our old Cuisinart toaster because one handle had broken but it still worked just fine. This one is also high-quality looking and has enough features to choose the type of bread you are toasting. Got the stainless finish and know the brand will be solid and last.
