I received this as a Christmas gift. It works great as far as toasting. My only issue is the bread slots are very narrow and it’s hard to put buns or bagels or larger size items in it. I put a bun inside it and it was so tight pieces of it broke off and were burning in the coils. Definitely a design flaw.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This toaster has not worked well for us since we bought it . The toast come out half done.
