Seems tinny. Toasting bagels on the bagel setting will burn them even on a 1.5 setting. I time it for 90 seconds and that good for me. But having a 4 slice is better than 2.

Good looking toaster. Couple of quirks: need to put English Muffins and wife's sour dough bread down twice to get it dark enough and the toaster does not let you put the toast down for a second round until it cools off a bit.
