[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this model of toaster as a gift. We loved it so well that here we are ordering a new one. The first one lasted over a year. I don’t know what the life expectancy is for a toaster is, but we were exchanging them every few months. Both the 4 slice and 2 slices. I use this toaster at least every day, most days 2 or more. It toasts bread and bagels alike with efficiency.,I do not think I will ever get a different one. This one toasts great, and it’s easy to clean.

Most of the time we have to drop it down twice even on the highest setting to get it done the way we like it. When it stops toasting it barely pushes the bread up.
