I bought this 2 weeks ago after our old toaster stopped working. I have to say this is the best toaster I have had in a long time. It toasts really fast and the bagel setting is perfect for the way we like our bagels done. I highly recommend this for anyone that wants a great toaster

I am currently so disappointed in the toaster. In order for the toaster to "stay" in toast mode and the toaster to stay at the bottom when dispensing the handle, it has to be done several times which is very frustrating. It does not matter if it is a square piece of bread or a different shaped piece of bread, it never stays down on the first or second try. Do I have a lemon?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
