i received this 4 slice toaster as a xmas gift. Being so Busy, i finally set it up. what a disappointment? The left side Toaster does not work. i do not have receipt nor packaging. this was the last one where it was purchased i was told. i gave it a #3 because only one side works. slots are nice size. buttons & dials easy to read. it does toast evenly. i did reheat a toasted cheese sandwich that got cold. surprisingly, it reheated it with no mess. it looks nice on the counter.

This toaster was a replacement for a very similar model that we had had for 10 plus years. One of the levers stopped working, so we decided to replace it. I’m still getting used to the new one, but find the “toasting” times seem to be a bit different and the levers don’t always “pop up” after it toasts bagels. I don’t love this new model, but hope it will become smoother over time. Aesthetically, it looks exactly the same as our original.
