The toaster does exactly what we want it to do. The separate controls are really handy and the bread gets as light or dark as we want it. Plus, it toasts very quickly

The metal design is a nice upgrade from my previous black (plastic) toaster, which had started to malfunction on one side. This toaster provides consistent browning on bread, rolls and bagels.
