I am very disappointed with my new toaster. I am surprised at the poor quality. I always equated Cuisinart with high quality. But this toaster is worse than the one I replace . It toasts more on the top of the item than on the bottom. Adjusting 'darkness' doesn't help.

The toaster does exactly what we want it to do. The separate controls are really handy and the bread gets as light or dark as we want it. Plus, it toasts very quickly

I love this toaster! We looked as several and chose this one.. We are becoming a Cuisinart fans... We now have several pans and appliances that are of the Cuisinart brand. It is a brand we know we can trust.
