The toaster does not even toast! This is on the highest setting and using the bagel option. Bread is only partially toasted. I have asked for a new one.

I am very happy with my toaster purchase. I am the type of person that checks all the radio stations before making a decision. I did my research on this toaster and am very happy with it so far. It seems to toast consistently each time. I usually keep my counters clear, but this one looks so nice, I keep it out.

Exactly as advertised. Nice and lightweight. Toasts evenly. The cord comes out the front side, but has a channel on the bottom to direct it to the back, if needed.

Love the stainless steel appearance, heats up and evenly toast bread on both sides. Thick cut or regular size breads can fit in the toaster. Easy to clean.
