Overall, not bad. However, toasting is inconsistent. I have to keep the controls set to the highest level. Even then it sometimes comes out too light or too dark.

I purchased this about 6 weeks ago thinking it was just like the old one that I had to trash. I loved the old one but this one is not the same quality nor does it have the same features.

Seems like a good quality toaster. Time will tell if it holds up. I knocked it down one start because it's so slow on rustic artisan breads. Nasty commercial bread toasts pretty quickly, but if you eat that you have more to worry about than your toaster.
