The plungers to lower toast are a bit flimsy. This unit was a like for like replacement. Our original unit quit working after 4 years.

Toaster is really light in weight. The manual toaster levers don’t always engage the first time you push them down. Not the same quality as my previous Cuisinart toaster.

I love this toaster! I didn’t realize how often I need more than two slices toasted at once (every morning!). At first glance I was disappointed because it is shiny and I was expecting brushed, but I’m ok with that now. Just wanted to let others know.
