'Toaster' is the self-definition of purpose and result of a singular process. There is no magic. The value is in the desired result and that it performs as you intend it.The only limitation is you are unable to do more than four items at once. The simple answer is that it works , but hey, it's a Cuisinart...what would you expect?

Got this for Christmas and I am so very happy with it!! First of all the stainless steel finish is beautiful and cleans up like a dream!! It does it’s job perfectly although one side seems to run hotter than the other but that’s fine now that I know it. I’ve toasted bagels and bread, both came out great!! What more can I say...buy it!!
