I read the reviews carefully before buying this toaster. I have not experienced any of the negatives, only the positives. This toaster toasts well, looks good, is well made and seems quite durable. I love being able to serve two people at the same time.

When we got it, it wobbled and my husband had to put a different rubber foot on it. I am still trying to reach a consistent browning without burning the toast, even with both dials at the same number. I frequently have to push the levers down till they stay down. And overall, being a good name & the cost, it feels cheap
