Looks great, works as expected. -1 star because sometimes the levers are stubborn and it takes several attempts to get them to actually stay down to toast. But this is rare. Overall happy with product!

The toaster looks great and love the multifeatured design.
The right side toaster does not always stays down and has to be held in place for a few seconds which is annoying.

For several years we've been using our 1500 watt toaster oven for making toast and bagels. Since our daughter sent us this toaster, which uses only 850 watts of electricity, we're now using it to make both toast and bagels in only half the time as our toaster oven did. The toaster oven took twice as much time and twice the amount of electricity as our new toaster...THANKS to Cuisinart and our daughter.
