Very nice looking, however ours came with a dent on the right top side. Doesn’t affect the workings so we decided to just keep it as opposed to going through the hassle of returning it. We find the regulation of the proper temperature difficult to regulate, we do think we will get accustomed to this. I don’t like that the crumb tray is at the back, the toaster doesn’t slide easily over the counter, so I find it annoying for cleaning the tray. All this being said we aren’t completely disappointed…just find it a bit user unfriendly at this time. We are slowly getting accustomed to this new toaster but do wish our old one hadn’t given out after more than 20 years. Hopefully we will be able to give a better rating before too long. Our old toaster was a cuisinart and we liked it just fine.

Very efficient toaster, quick and many levels of browness, which is great, as I like it one way and my husband likes it another and they are both independent of each other. I am very happy with this toaster and use it almost everyday. This also holds large slices of different breads, so even the big bagels get toasted with ease, along with the Texas style breads. Great for the waffle and pancakes that are already cooked also! Typical Cuisnart product.!

I love it! Good quality! Perfect for making one slice at a time. Good overall browning of toast. I love I can toast bagels or English muffins in it as well. I like the clean silver color. Wipes off easily. Bamboo tongs are a good safety addition. Cord length is perfect. It’s spendy, but worth every penny.
