Was very upset to find the Bagel mode toast both sides of the bagel. Other toasters on the market toast only the inside of the bagel. Very disappointing.

Overall a great toaster, toast is consistent and evenly colored. But, a couple of things I would change. The plastic knobs. We have the black stainless and really like the tint. I believe the plastic knobs takes away from the overall appearance. And, there is some inconsistency with the pop up tension? The right 2 a little sluggish, while the left side throws the toast out of the slot into an adjacent slot or on the counter.
