This is a great toaster and seems to be made with quality parts. This toaster has a selection of functions that aren’t too many to be confusing, but all are useful. There’s even a re-warming function if your toast or bagel gets cold. I also love the classic look of this toaster. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that I feel the toast slots could be a little bit bigger in width.

The qu ality control is not good. this our 4 toaster. the control knobs float, you put on 4 and before you are toasted its is up at 5 or 5 1/2

So far so good. We purchased this toaster due to our last experience which lasted almost 17 years. Yes a toaster that lasted 17 years without fail. So we are hoping we get the same quality out of this toaster. Fingers crossed.

Disappointed ☹️ It won’t toast. Setting up max and toast our homemade Sourdough bread, but it doesn’t get brown at all. We always have to repeat at least 2-3 times. We already tossed the box and can not return to the store. I trusted the brand and so disappointed.

Thus far, I have only used the toaster for toast and waffles. Have not used for a bagel or to re-heat. I have to set the dials for browning very low for toast otherwise it completely burns the toast. Also it is very difficult to read the numbers on the dial and they are very loose and tend to move from where I set them. I wish that I had upgraded to the toaster with the digital dial.

This replaces the same model and brand I had before, but unfortunately, this one seems cheaper. The knobs have a flimsy feel to them and the exterior finish is not as nice as the previous one.
