Really enjoy the toaster. Cleans easily, don't have to set the dial on 10 to get a full toast (like our old one). Larger pieces of bread won't drop directly in - needs a slight push.

the highest level doesn't get the toast crispy, you have to push down a second time. The push downs to start the toaster don't catch on the first push you have to push a second time to begin the toasting process. not sure what the 'bagel" function does other than just toast it like a piece of bread. was always well pleased with Cuisnart products...up to now.
