Great design, functions well. Would give it 5 stars if both sets toasted the same. On the left two we find ourselves double toasting bread; the right set we only need to toast it once - same dial settings of course.

We really like this toaster. It looks great and toasts evenly. The defrost is super helpful because we don’t eat our bread fast enough, so it ends up in the freezer.
The only negative thing I have to say is that it sometimes takes 3-4 tries of pushing the toast down to get it to stay down and turn on. I’m not sure what that is about, but by the time I’m eating my perfect toast I’ve already forgotten about it.
