I bought this toaster so that both my wife and I could toast bagels or large slices of bread at the same time. The controls are a little flaky the dial does not click it just moves in a sweeping motion so you’re not really sure where you really are at any one time. I guess I’m a little disappointed. I thought I was buying the best toaster out there. It’s not

Seems to toast the edges of bread, englisn muffins much quicker than center which at times seems to burn the edges before thc center is toasted.
