Very nice toaster! Looks good, toasts quickly and evenly. We are have been very happy and pleased with our Cuisine Art appliances. They last a lot ng time and are built well. The Quality Control is not lacking either. I highly recommend this toaster and any Cuisine Art appliance. They stand behind their product too. We had ONLY one issue with only one CA appliance (a coffee maker) and the customer service was excellent!

I like the look of this new toaster, however the buttons are a bit difficult to read as to which 'option' is wanted/needed - would be nice to have a better way of quickly seeing which button is for which option.

This toaster does not toast evenly on both sides. Also the lowest setting gets the toast dark instead of a light toast.
