Toaster seems to work great. Watch the settings-- toasts dark in just the first few settings Knobs are wiggly.

Evenly toasts both sides of bread; bagel mode warms the outside and toasts the inside better than any previous toasters we've had. Haven't timed the toasting, but is seems faster than previous toasters.

Hard to figure out where to set knobs. If u set both knobs on 3 the two right side gets toast darker
