Classic looks. Works well with bread, tends to overdo English muffins, underdo bagels. I'll become more familiar with settings, I'm sure. Hopefully more durable than the other toaster brand it replaces.

I was looking for a quality toaster that didn't feel like it was going to fall apart whenever I depressed the toaster lever - I found it with this one! I like the various options I can use (bagel, defrost, reheat, cancel) in addition to just toasting the bread - I have better control of the toasting. The fact that the crumb plate needs to be removed from the back has not been an issue with me. I would recommend this toaster to buy with confidence!

It is very sensitive and we are still learning how the settings work. It doesn't need to toast on a number higher than one. Unfortunately the bagels we get are more bread dough with a bagel shape. I used a slightly higher setting once and almost burnt the whole thing. It is best to start slow.
